A boutique recruitment service formed by experienced headhunters James Didgiunaitis and Richard Clegg, required a stylish and sharp web design for their business.
Explosive Designs developed an innovative flash animation concept working closely with their creative consultant to come up with a laser beam selection flash movie to leverage their new trademarked recruitment technology called RedDot™. As well as looking sharp the website is extremely functional using easy to use Content Management System, Drupal built to effectively store and communicate to jobseekers in an efficient, effective and very personal way.
Expion were delighted with the result and particularly the leverage of their unique RedDot™ service, which provides detailed analysis of job seeker’s working style preferences.
